Transformers 3 Review

Last night the crew & I attended the premier of Transformers 3 in Imax 3D. 
To keep it simple I am a fan of the original series and comics 1st. 
As that goes, it was the furthest thing imaginable from the original. 

Point blank horrible!

Getting past that, as a movie, it "was" entertaining. Intricate visuals and some "really" nice slow motion sequences. The comedy of Transformers 2 was definitely present from the beginning with laughs filling up the first half. As for the 3D... I can't say I got my monies worth... $18? Obviously 1 or 2 scenes are captivating but throughout it kinda took away from the movie. 

So overall, I would give it 3 1/2 stars out of 6. 

Biggest problem with the movie is it could have been made with any name and still been a box office hit. Why not Go-Bots. Lol, But seriously, when will we stop making movies (entertainment) purely for profit and not content. There has to be some balance somewhere!!! Well that's it ;)

Oh!!! For those who have not been to the theaters and plan to go. If you like long credits stay in your chair. If not, don't waste your time. There is an extra scene a few seconds after the start of the credits but nothing at the end... Grrrr. We stayed. Lmao Enjoy!!!
